This policy describes how BojarDev collect, process, use and share information about you.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of BojarDev's games, whether on your computer, mobile device, website, console, PC or platform including Facebook (each a "Game" and collectively the "Games") ). It also applies to our marketing and advertising campaigns on all platforms and other services we may provide to you from time to time. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to our games, websites, marketing and advertising campaigns, and other services collectively as our "Services."

By downloading, accessing and/or playing our games or other services, you agree to the use of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you have any concerns about providing information to us or using it as described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our games or other services.

1. Personal information we collect

While using our Services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal data or personal information that can be used to identify you (“Personal Data”, or “data” or “information” or “Personal Information”). We may also collect Personal Data automatically, or from third-party partners or services. The Personal Data we collect includes:

Basic Identifiers and Contact Information

We collect some information from you when you provide it to us directly, such as via an email or online form, through the support feature embedded in our Services, or through another form of inquiry. This information may include your name, email, and phone number. If you apply for a job on our website, information you submit may also include a cover letter and any details included in your resume or curriculum vitae (CV).

Device Information

When you download and use our Services, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system, resolution, application version, mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID or advertising ID), language, time zone and IP address.

Usage Information

We collect information automatically about your activity through our Services (Usage Information), such as the date and time you used a service, features you have used, your in-app purchase history, subscriptions, your interaction with advertisements, and data generated when you use our Services (for example your game progress which may be stored with your Apple ID on iCloud for iOS Devices, with your Google Play Games profile for Android Devices and with Facebook, in some of our Services).

Location

When you download and use our Services, we automatically detect your general location, namely country and state through your IP address. We may collect, with your consent if applicable, other location information through your IP address, such as the city you are in.

Media and other files

We may ask for access to your camera in case you want to use certain features of our Services. In case you contact us through our in-app support feature and you need to upload any media or files as attachments, we shall ask for access to such files.

Information we obtain from third parties

We may receive information about you from our third party service providers, who collect this information through our Services in accordance with their own privacy policies. A list of the third parties that operate in our Services can be found in the APPENDIX B below.

Information we obtain when you connect with third parties

In cases we provide the option, and you decide, to connect our Services to your account with third parties like Apple, Facebook or Google, we may receive certain publicly available information about you, as well as any information that you allow or your settings enable to be accessed, including your Apple ID, Facebook user ID, Android Gamer Name, name and email subject to your permission. Information we obtain from Facebook

If you use our Services on Facebook or connect our Services to a Facebook account, we may receive any of the information you provide or permit to be provided to us via Facebook. Such information may include your user ID and your use of our game, including with whom you share our game on Facebook and your email address in case you opt to provide the same or wish to contact us for support. The information we receive depends on the Services you are using, Facebook's terms of service and privacy policy, your privacy settings, and, if applicable, your friends’ privacy settings. User generated content we obtain from you

We may collect content from posts or uploads on social networks or platforms or direct contact, subject to your consent if applicable. Such content may include, your name, social media username, image, likeness, voice, other identifiable information available in such user generated content.

Cookies and similar data collection technologies

We and our third party advertising networks and their partners may use cookies and similar technologies, such as mobile “SDK”, to provide and personalize our Services and to provide targeted advertisements. Some of these technologies can synchronize behavior across different mobile apps, devices and websites so that advertisements can be tailored to your interests. This process is called personalized advertising. In addition, we and certain advertising networks may access your inventory of installed apps to avoid advertising already installed apps. If you'd like to opt-out from having advertisements personalized in this way on your mobile device, please see the ‘Opt-out of targeted advertising’ section below.

Please note that, while your browser settings may allow you to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal when you visit the Services, our Services (including apps and websites) are not configured to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from browsers.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal and non-personal information, both individually and in aggregate, in the following ways:

Operate, improve, and develop our games and services;

Populate online leaderboards and enable online challenges;

Help you find your friends or tell your friends about a product;

Facilitate sharing on social networks;

Serve and measure the effectiveness of advertising;

Measure the health of our services;

Provide game experiences customized to your preferences;

Facilitate your gameplay on multiple devices, when available;

Identify, fix, and troubleshoot bugs and service errors;

Save game progress and stats;

Adhere to your preferences and to deliver dynamic content; and

Help keep our services safe and fair, resolve disputes, investigate and help curb fraud and illegal behavior, comply with the law, and to enforce our agreements and policies.

To provide you support, including to:

Help identify and troubleshoot problems with your account or games;

To survey your opinions through surveys or questionnaires;

Communicate with you and respond to your specific requests or questions; and

Manage and send you confirmations and important information about your products.

To personalize our communications with you, including to:

Present offers or information relating to games you might like;

Make recommendations to you; and

Personalize advertising for you and deliver targeted marketing, service updates and promotional offers.

We uses analytics services to understand how users engage with our products. Our analysis relies on your consistent device identifier, or identifier for vendor (IDFV) on Apple devices, so that we can track your behavior over time and develop an understanding of how you prefer to interact with our products. If you have more than one our product installed on your device, those products may share the same identifier value. This enables us to develop an understanding of how you engage with all of our products you have installed. The identifier value is provided to us through the operating system on your device. In the course of processing your data, we may do any of the following:

Analyze your behavior in our products over time;

Analyze your behavior in aggregate;

Combine your information with the information of other players to create anonymized aggregate reports that allow us to understand large-scale behavior trends;

Analyze your information to understand how well our products perform on your device or to investigate bugs, crashes, and other technical issues;

Combine your information with the information of other players to create customer segments based on behavior in our products or location-based behavior;

Use analysis of your behavior in our products to provide you with customized gameplay experiences;

Use your device identifier to enroll you in an A/B test. An A/B test is a type of simple behavioral experiment wherein groups of users are provided with slightly different experiences in our products so that we can research and analyze which of the experiences is the most compelling to users of our products; and

Analyze your behavior in the context of an A/B test.

European Economic Area (EEA) Only:

Per requirements under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we log your consent state for compliance purposes. This information is stored on servers hosted in the EU and is used solely for GDPR compliance. Your device identifier is stored along with your consent status. If you consent to personalized advertising, your device advertising identifier also is stored in case we need to be able to access it to assist you with data portability or erasure requests. Your device advertising identifier is not stored in our consent logging database if you do not consent to personalized advertising.

3. How we may disclose your information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

• With other users of our Services;

• In response to a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable legal requirement;

• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with the spirit or language of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of SYBO or others;

• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company; and

• With your consent or at your direction.

We also may share aggregated information or otherwise anonymised information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. Children's Privacy

It is very important to us to protect the health of young children online. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect or retain personal data or non-personally identifiable information from underage users, except as permitted by law to support our internal operations.

In this Privacy Policy, references to underage users refer to users who have not reached the age of consent to the processing of personal data in their country of residence:

Croatia, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia - 16 years or younger

Czech Republic, France, Greece, Slovenia - 15 years or younger

Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Lithuania, Spain - 14 years or younger

US, UK and any EU country not listed above - 13 years or younger.

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information collected as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as needed to provide you the Services or we have a legitimate business reason to do so.

When we no longer have ongoing legitimate business reason to process your personal information, we will delete your data.
